Our core products have the simplest filter maintenance system in the world!

Unlike our competitors... our jugs, carafes and benchtop systems all use the same filter cartridge making maintenance super easier :)

We have engineered our products to use a single cartridge to remove water contaminants and create nutritious alkaline water with added minerals. No other additions or accessories are needed.

You simple replace the filter after 350 litres or 3 months :)

Our natural alkaline water system removes up to 98% of contaminants. This includes:

- Suspended solids like sand, dust and rust
- Pesticides and endrin
- Residual water pollutants
- Organic contaminants
- Chlorine, chloramine and fluoride
- Copper, lead, aluminium, cadmium, and mercury
- Bad taste, odor & water harshness

We don't use any nasty chemicals to filter our water. The two core filtering actions in our filters are NSF certified natural coconut shell activated carbon & natural ion exchange resin which remove water contaminants, add nutrients and improve water taste & softness.

Our filter media is also manufactured by the world leader in activated carbon production who have a huge focus on sustainability and are headquartered in Sweden with a presence globally

For orders under $99, we offer flat rate shipping of $6.95.

New Zealand:

FREE shipping on all orders over $199.

For orders under $199, we offer flat rate shipping of $29.95

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse (unless otherwise stated), and a further 1-5 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, please allow 2-10 days for delivery.

All stock is located in Australia and our warehouse teams operate during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-order items: These items will ship once stock has arrived. Please check product page for arrival dates and then allow 1-10 days for delivery.

To subscribe, simply:

1. Visit the filter product page in our store
2. Select "Subscribe & Save"
3. Select your delivery frequency
4. Then click "Add to cart"
5. Checkout and pay for your item/s

You have now subscribed and we will automatically send you your replacement filters at the delivery frequency you selected :)

Yes, you can pause or cancel a subscription any time in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in our shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account when checking out.

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a "Skip payment" button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
